In these situations, we offer a completely separate range of consulting services from strategy planning to process and organizational change, products and service management to technology management and execution.

Consulting is not Coaching and Coaching is not Consulting. They are 2 different things. We do one at a time.

When we conduct Consulting Projects, we handle them separately from our Coaching Services. Indeed, we will not take on a client for a consulting project where we are coaching in that same organization and vice-versa. This avoids conflict of interest in terms of how we help clients solve problems. We follow the ICF Code of Ethics.
